We can also provide you with a free copy of your credit file so that you know where you stand with the banks.

Free Pre-Approvals

We offer completely free Pre-approvals which helps with getting prepared to buy.
Our pre-approvals are done initially in-house as we have experienced credit assessors but then we always obtain the official pre-approval from a lender of choice.

Pre-approvals are usually valid for 90 days from pre-approval.  These can also be extended another 90 days (total 180 days) by simply updating income information and living expenses and/or other liabilities.  Very quick and easy.  No need to re-apply with another loan application.
